\"\"<\/a>A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Criadores de Mato Grosso (Acrimat) formalizou nesta quarta-feira (7) o 2\u00ba pedido de isen\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto sobre Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadoria e Servi\u00e7o (ICMS) para abate de gado em outros estados. A solicita\u00e7\u00e3o foi feita ao governo estadual pela 1\u00aa vez em 19 de maio, e foi refor\u00e7ada por meio de novo of\u00edcio protocolizado na Secretaria de Fazenda (Sefaz).<\/p>\n

Em reuni\u00e3o com pecuaristas no dia 24 de maio, o vice-governador Carlos F\u00e1- varo e o secret\u00e1rio de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico, Ricardo Tomczyk, anunciaram a proposta de redu\u00e7\u00e3o da al\u00edquota do ICMS para a sa\u00edda do boi em p\u00e9 para 2,5%, igualando \u00e0 taxa praticada aos frigor\u00edficos. Hoje, a al\u00edquota \u00e9 de 7%. Desde a ent\u00e3o, a proposta da Sedec aguarda an\u00e1lise da Sefaz. Segundo a Acrimat, at\u00e9 o momento a entidade n\u00e3o recebeu nenhuma resposta oficial do governo do Estado e por isso refor\u00e7ou a cobran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

Em maio, o pre\u00e7o da arroba desvalorizou 3%, chegando a R$ 120,90. Comparado ao ano passado, a retra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de 8,3%. Levantamento do Instituto Mato-grossense de Economia Agropecu\u00e1ria (Imea) mostra que maio teve o maior n\u00famero de abates do ano, com 435 mil animais. O volume supera o mesmo m\u00eas de 2016 (413 mil cabe\u00e7as). Sobre abril, o aumento foi de 53%, j\u00e1 que o m\u00eas contou com suspens\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria das atividades em 7 plantas frigor\u00edficas no Estado.<\/p>\n

O vice-presidente da Acrimat, Lu\u00eds Fernando Conte, destaca que a associa\u00e7\u00e3o sofre h\u00e1 anos com a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o da ind\u00fastria frigor\u00edfica. \u201cJ\u00e1 \u00e9ramos ref\u00e9ns de 4 grandes grupos, sendo o principal dele detentor de 48% do mercado. Agora, em virtude de crises pol\u00edticas e da corrup\u00e7\u00e3o, o pre\u00e7o est\u00e1 em queda e o produtor cada dia mais descapitalizado\u201d. Segundo ele, o pecuarista est\u00e1 com a renda comprometida, com contas a pagar e investimentos a serem feitos. \u201cCaso nenhuma provid\u00eancia seja adotada pelo poder p\u00fablico, corremos o risco de perder muitos produtores para outra atividade\u201d.<\/p>\n

O secret\u00e1rio de Fazenda, Gustavo Oliveira, informa que o governo vem monitorando o mercado e a desvaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o da arroba, mas considera a ociosidade dos frigor\u00edficos. \u201cN\u00f3s estamos monitorando o comportamento do mercado do boi em p\u00e9 e o abate nos frigor\u00edficos de Mato Grosso, que n\u00e3o pertencem ao grupo afetado e est\u00e3o operando com 60% da capacidade. Mas, \u00e9 fato tamb\u00e9m que nos outros estados o pre\u00e7o da arroba do boi em p\u00e9 vem caindo em m\u00e9dia 10% no \u00faltimo ano e 8% nos \u00faltimos 30 dias. Isso inviabiliza a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o com lucro do boi em p\u00e9\u201d.
